Refund and Return Policy

All purchases made through Alexander Mack, LLC are final.

Alexander Mack, LLC does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, or store credits for any products, merchandise, music, digital products, event-related purchases, deposits, contributions, sponsorship packages, promotional packages, or other goods and services purchased through our website, Stripe checkout, payment links, or any other approved payment method.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are final and non-refundable.

No Refunds

Alexander Mack, LLC does not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, color, quantity, shipping address, or item selection submitted by the customer

  • Delayed shipping or carrier issues outside of our control

  • Missed events, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend

  • Digital products, downloads, music, or access-based purchases

  • Contributions, donations, campaign support, fundraiser perks, sponsorship packages, or partner packages

  • Limited edition, pre-order, custom, promotional, or artist merchandise

  • Duplicate purchases caused by customer error

  • Failure to read product descriptions, shipping timelines, or purchase terms before checkout

Returns and Exchanges

Alexander Mack, LLC does not accept returns or exchanges.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product details, sizing, quantities, shipping information, pricing, and purchase terms before completing payment.

Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments

Once an order is transferred to a shipping carrier, Alexander Mack, LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, misdelivered packages, or damage caused during transit.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly for claims related to lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages.

If an item arrives visibly damaged, the customer may contact Alexander Mack, LLC within 48 hours of delivery with the order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the damaged item. Alexander Mack, LLC may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement only if inventory is available. No cash refunds will be issued.

Incorrect Customer Information

Alexander Mack, LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping, handling, or fulfillment costs required to resend the item.

Event, Performance, and Experience-Based Purchases

All event-related purchases, admission, VIP packages, meet-and-greet opportunities, sponsorships, activations, and experience-based purchases are final and non-refundable.

Alexander Mack, LLC reserves the right to modify event details, schedules, programming, locations, talent participation, or deliverables when necessary. Such changes do not entitle the customer to a refund.

Contributions, Fundraiser Packages, and Support Payments

All contributions, fundraiser purchases, campaign support payments, partner packages, sponsorship packages, and promotional support payments are final and non-refundable.

By contributing or purchasing a support-based package, the customer understands that the payment is being made in support of Alexander Mack, LLC, Alexander Mack’s music, brand, creative projects, live experiences, marketing, merchandise, and related business initiatives.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Alexander Mack, LLC directly before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or claim with their bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

Fraudulent, false, or improper chargebacks may be challenged with proof of purchase, checkout records, delivery records, communication records, and this posted policy.

Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a refund is legally required, Alexander Mack, LLC will comply with applicable law.

Any approved refund, if required by law or granted at the sole discretion of Alexander Mack, LLC, may exclude shipping fees, handling fees, fulfillment costs, payment processing fees, and other non-recoverable third-party costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By completing a purchase from Alexander Mack, LLC, the customer agrees to the following terms.

Final Sale Agreement

All sales are final. Payment confirms that the customer has reviewed the product, service, event, contribution, or package details and agrees to the posted Refund and Return Policy.

Payment Authorization

By submitting payment, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and that all billing information provided is accurate.

Product Availability

Products, merchandise, music items, physical media, limited edition items, and promotional materials are subject to availability.

Alexander Mack, LLC reserves the right to limit quantities, cancel unavailable items, update product offerings, or modify product details at any time.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items may require extended production, fulfillment, and shipping timelines. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing.

Pre-order purchases are final and non-refundable.

Digital Products

All digital product purchases, including music, downloads, access links, digital files, or online content, are final and non-refundable once purchased.

Shipping and Fulfillment

Shipping timelines are estimates only. Alexander Mack, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect customer information, supply chain issues, production delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexander Mack, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from any purchase, product, event, contribution, sponsorship, package, shipment, delay, cancellation, or customer use of any goods or services.

The maximum liability of Alexander Mack, LLC, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Purchases, contributions, sponsorships, and support payments do not guarantee any specific result, benefit, profit, exposure, attendance, engagement, business opportunity, or promotional outcome unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed by Alexander Mack, LLC.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Policy Updates

Alexander Mack, LLC reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these policies at any time. The version posted at the time of purchase shall apply to that transaction.
